A simple process
- Order. As soon as your order comes through, we find the production studio closest to your address — anywhere in the world — and send it off to be made. That keeps your shipping cost low, and when there's a studio in your country your delivery counts as local, with no import duties.
- Made for you. Every piece is made to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Production usually takes 1–4 business days, a little longer when we're busy. If anything's going to be delayed, we'll let you know by email.
- On its way. Your order ships by post, and you'll get a tracking email the moment it's on the move. Typical delivery is around 4–8 business days within Australia, 5–8 business days in the United States, and similar across most of Europe.
All up, most orders arrive within about 6–12 business days from the day you order — that's making it and getting it to you. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, but we'll keep you posted at every step.
